What will you do?50% of time performing technical duties / 50% performing management / leadership dutiesProvide Windows, software, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environmentStage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following best business practicesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for a variety of information technology topologyConfigure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio/ visual equipmentTroubleshoot VPN, and VDIGuide and mentor team members advanced technical level proceduresProvide training and feedback, individually and in group settingsCoordinate team schedule, Set daily priorities, and workload assignmentsCreate, modify, and follow appropriate KB articlesManage workload via ticketing softwareSmart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groupsInventory management of IT assets including asset auditingProvide support at other client locations as neededProvide 'White Glove' support for senior leadership and VIPsInterface with client and internal leadership, providing updates and alignmentEscalation Point for significant eventsOther duties as assigned
