Become a maker of possible with us.Position Summary :Focused field service professional responsible for providing classroom-based employee training, remote support for Remediation and Commercial Remediation projects, nightly project reviews, field based on-the-job training for new employees, process and documentation reviews, and employee proficiency evaluations.Key Responsibilities:

This position will be used for 80% travel and 20% remote work, subject to change due to business needs

Executes complex hardware and software device improvements and customizes configurations to meet OEM design specifications

Builds a foundation of continuous improvement and highly efficient processes to achieve skilled technical resolutions in support of BD products

Maintains highly accurate and detailed documentation to ensure Quality and FDA compliance

Ensures customer satisfaction is met throughout the support process and the entire customer lifecycle

Help assist with other key tasks as business needs arise

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

College/university graduate or equivalent field-based experience. (IT or Biomedical background preferred)

3-5 years combined experience leading projects on one or more of the BD Alaris Commercial Implementation, Commercial Remediation, or Hardware Remediation teams (employees with experience on multiple teams preferred)

Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely

Self-motivated individual who can work independently on assigned tasks

Develops competency in own area by performing routine work when business needs require

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

Professional Skills & Key Competencies

Manage teams of up to 12

Effectively communicate and present information to customers and internal business partners

Ability to learn and understand detailed product knowledge of medical devices, software, basic networking, electro/mechanical concepts

Perform moderately complex hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs

Possesses strong time management and organizational skills to ensure on time completion of project assignments ; works effectively with minimal direct supervision

Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and optimizing BD equipment to ensure minimal customer downtime and workflow interruptions

Desired / Additional Skills & Knowledge

Background in biomedical, networking, or field-based technician roles

Experience working in a healthcare environment

Strong computer skills and comfortable troubleshooting with various Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote, Bomgar, etc.

Weekend and overtime hours required (not optional)

Maintains and meets customer vendor credentialing compliance standards including but not limited to proof of immunizations, product competency, company policy acknowledgment
