Field Support personnel

Position: Field Support personnel Location: Hayward, CA and there may be occasional travel to other offices in the Bay Area based on the need. Employment Type: Full Time Requirements:

• Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
• Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
• Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
• Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
