Field Tech Support Description: Onsite: aria-hidden="true" Location: Westlake Village, CA 91361 Duration: 6 Months contract to hire Local Candidates Candidates who are authorized to work for any employer in the US, Canno sponsor visa SUMMARY aria-hidden="true" Looking for an IT Field service technician to provide hands-on user support in the greater Los Angeles, Malibu, Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, and Los Olivos areas. Travel is required and must have reliable transportation., Mileage will be reimbursed aria-hidden="true" Ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of PC/Mac/iOS/Android platforms and associated software. Provide knowledgeable PC software, hardware, and network connectivity troubleshooting. Be proactive and excellent customer service skills are an absolute requirement. Required: aria-hidden="true" Windows and MacOS (installation and troubleshoot) aria-hidden="true" Microsoft Office (installation and troubleshoot) aria-hidden="true" 2 years desktop and Internet access support experience aria-hidden="true" Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Products including (Office, Office365 applications, Teams, Sharepoint, and Yammer) aria-hidden="true" Basic network and server administration knowledge. aria-hidden="true" Active Directory and OKTA knowledge aria-hidden="true" Preferred: aria-hidden="true" 3+ years desktop support experience aria-hidden="true" Experience with MAC OS and Apple i-products aria-hidden="true" MCSA and/or CNA, or 2 years' experience as technical support person in a network environment. aria-hidden="true" Windows MCP or 2 years equivalent experience. aria-hidden="true" CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS aria-hidden="true" MCSA or MCSE, A+, or equivalent work experience. aria-hidden="true" PHYSICAL DEMANDS: aria-hidden="true" Ability to lift computers, printers, and monitors up to 50 lbs. aria-hidden="true" Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate computer keyboards and mouse as well as others computer components. aria-hidden="true" Ability to get to branch offices by individual's own means of transportation and a valid driver's license while carrying tools\equipment and spare parts. aria-hidden="true" Frequent travel between office locations is required aria-hidden="true" Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
