Description We are actively searching for a File Clerk to join our team located in Los Angeles, California. This role involves scanning physical files, uploading them to a database, and assisting with document filing. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment within the finance industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Scanning physical files meticulously and systematically Uploading scanned files to the designated database Assisting with the organization and filing of documents Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer applications Maintaining accurate customer credit records Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action Utilizing software skills including Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, and About Time for various tasks Answering inbound calls when necessary Performing clerical duties and correspondence as required. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document handling and management Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for managing financial tasks Experience with A-Systems for efficient data handling Knowledge of Epic Software for managing electronic health records Proficiency in IBM AS/400 for managing business operations Experience with About Time for effective time tracking Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs for data visualization Proficiency in performing Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and scheduling Excellent Correspondence skills for clear and effective communication Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
