We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead and manage all financial and administrative functions within our organization. This is a salaried position that requires strong leadership, financial expertise and the ability to manage a diverse team. Key responsibilities include:

Oversee Human Resources functions and ensure effective HR management;

Manage accounting functions - including AP, AR, Tax prep, bank reconciliations;

Supervise insurance matters including G/L, Auto and W/C

Supervise key personnel, including Safety Manager, Purchasing Manager, Bookkeeper, Payroll and office staff

Work closely with outside attorneys on legal matters and outside accountants on financial matters.

Review legal documents, such as basic client agreements and NDAs

Review emails, prepare estimates/bid proposals/invoices and other client communications

Handle various secondary tasks as required to support the overall functioning of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience in HR, Accounting and Financial Management

Expertise in AP/AR/Taxes/Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations and working with insurance brokers

Strong written and verbal communication skills with employee, client and vendor communications.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

As a salaried, full-time position the hours may vary depending on the needs of the company. The regular hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch. Some Saturdays may be required, as needed.
