Description SummaryJoin a well-known successful company in California as a Finance Systems Business Analyst III. This role involves contributing to the development, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of finance systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP. You will provide technical support and guidance to associates and managers, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes while working closely with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities

Provide production support by researching and resolving issues within Oracle systems, recommending solutions, and executing scheduled activities.

Manage projects focused on process improvement and apply change management to enhance quality.

Optimize finance systems by integrating software to create automated processes.

Conduct audits on financial processes, documents, and data.

Maintain expertise across the Oracle platform through continuous learning and training.

Stay updated on current trends in finance systems management and apply new technologies.

Promote improvements in processes and customer service through innovative solutions.

Develop training materials and guidelines for users, and conduct training sessions for new functionalities.

Support clients in adapting to new processes and systems.

Requirements

Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in configuration and development within Oracle systems.

7+ years of experience with multiple finance modules in Oracle, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Projects, and Procurement.

Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL queries, OTBI, BIP, or FRS (PL/SQL is a plus).

Proficient in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS with experience in projects related to AP and GL.

Strong technical expertise with Oracle customization, maintenance, and tuning.

Experience in testing and configuring reports, with proven implementation experience.

Nice to Haves

Experience in Oracle Procurement is advantageous.

Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

Knowledge of quantitative/qualitative measurement and data/system design principles.

Excellent project management and time management skills.

Proficient with MS Office and financial software tools; experience with project management tools is a plus.
