Title – Planning/Financial Analyst- IT

Location -Oakland CA/Remote

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Working remotely. Potentially meeting in person once a month, but that’s TBD. Location after SIP is lifted - TBD. Our new headquarters is located in Oakland.

Client – Electric

Pay Rate - $60 To $65hr w2.

TOP THINGS:1. 3-5 year of financial experience (Tools: SAP, excel, etc.)2. 3-5 years of telecom and / contracts experience3. Excellent communication skillso Analyzing, tracking and reporting investmentso Working with business partners to ensure the new lease line submissions follow current procedures and provide guidance when needed.o Supporting other telecom expense management resources as neededo Proficiencies: (Full Cycle AP & AR), Microsoft Office/Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Index/Match), QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Oracle/SAP ERP, Tableau, Power BI

Job Responsibilities

Processing New Account Set up and Invoices· Process Telecom lease requests and telecom Invoices· Validate invoices received against invoices expected (missing data, etc.)

Perform Invoice Auditing· Reconcile invoices against contract rates, tariffs, and price plans, and customer service records.· Review assigned accounts for rate plan optimization opportunities

Manage Accounts· Review and modify account setup to properly associate service type to the correct product type, general ledger account, and line item transaction grouping.

Migrate Accounts to New Application

Qualifications Minimum:• Bachelor of Arts / Science in accounting, business, finance, similar field OR equivalent work experience• 4 years of general business experience• Understanding of financial systems and reporting tools• Knowledge of business and financial planning, professional concepts as they apply to the IT organization• Experience with budgeting process• Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge in Excel, Project, Access Word; able to create pivot tables
