Description Job Responsibilities:

Conducting detailed financial analysis and interpretation of financial data to assist in strategic decision making.

Developing financial models and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and financial performance.

Analyzing current and past financial data and identifying trends in financial performance.

Coordinating with other team members in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executives and stakeholders.

Conducting market research, trend analyses to stay apprised of economic conditions and industry trends.

Participating in special projects, preparing ad-hoc reports, analysis, and presentations.

Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines by maintaining accurate and complete records.

Collaborating effectively with all levels of management to meet objectives and provide financial insight.

Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification such as a CFA or CPA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position.

Strong understanding of financial markets, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Understanding of GAAP and other applicable regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements.
