Description Based in Cupertino, the Store Operations Finance team acts as the primary finance partner for our Apple Retail stores worldwide. The team works with our field leaders and corporate partners to ensure that the stores have the payroll resources to enrich the lives of our customers and employees.- Be an expert in store payroll metrics. Develop and deliver insightful reporting for field and market support partners. Communicate key payroll metric methodology, rationale, and impact
- Provide analysis, insight and recommendations on existing processes, including reporting, req approval and new store staffing
- Partner with the Retail Field leadership to implement Payroll strategies that support financial and operational goals
- Create and implement process improvement projects that help Apple scale and grow our Retail presence
- Own and manage field facing payroll policies and procedures
- Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of retail finance and field leadership
Remarks:Experience in Excel and comfortable with large data bases. Position location is Cupertino, CA and will require onsite work once Covid is over.
