Fine Housekeeper Gentlemen's Valet -

Gentlemen's Valet and Fine Housekeeper for active retired elderly gay male couple. Partially disabled. No children. No Pets.

3 days per week, 2 hours each day — some flexibility of days and time slot, but schedule must be fixed and regular.

Not a Gig job, intended to be long term.

Most of this position will be spent on full service fine homemaking, laundry, wardrobe, cleaning, cooking, and re-staging "a place for everything and everything its place".

This is not a caregiver position.

Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Spaces: clean, mop, vacuum, polish, dust, make beds, change sheets, dispose of trash. Scratch and etch free care for metal, stone, glass, and wood. Dispose of trash.

Clothing Valet: maintain fine garments, wardrobe and chest of drawers in neat order; launder clothing on-site or separate for dry cleaning, iron, and starch as needed; pre-treating and spot stain removal.

Kitchen: routine cleanup/dishwashing, prep food for daily and gourmet meals, cook full meals for freezer storage, stock and manage food pantry.

Must have:

5 years of prior paid experience,

reliable vehicle and current driver's license,

strong English and communications skills,

three great business references,

short commute: ability to respond occasionally on-site within 15 minutes for urgent service (broken dishes, spilled food, etc.),

other sources of income — this is part-time, but long-term position.

stable and healthy finances.

ability to provide Form W9 for 1099 reporting of income as Independent Contractor

ability to lift 40 pounds from floor and reach a shelf 6.5 feet.
