Job Title: Fleet AdminJob DescriptionWe seek a Fleet Admin with 2-3 years of experience in an admin or warehouse data entry role. You will enter warehouse data confidently and proficiently use MS Office programs, especially Excel (minimum 8/10 proficiency). Your attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to maintain the warehouse's order and ensure all paperwork is properly filed. Additionally, you will handle data dumping, input, output, and validation to ensure smooth warehouse operations. A clean DMV record is required.In this fast-paced role, you will work in an industrial warehouse with a small office. You will manage truck inventory, use a computer for email communication, track trucks and keys via Excel, and conduct Daily Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Occasionally, you may assist with decaling trucks and fleet vehicles. The job involves both desk work and physical tasks like verifying vehicle VINs, handling keys, and taking trucks to the DMV for title changes.We are looking for someone who enjoys completing tasks, prioritizes effectively, takes initiative, and seeks long-term growth with the company. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Benicia, California.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a large industrial warehouse where conditions can be cold in winter and hot in summer. Expect to get your clothes dirty, and you should be comfortable in a gritty, construction-type environment. There is a small office within the warehouse where you will split your time. You will keep track of fleet trucks and conduct tool inventory. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On your first day, you will set up your time clock, track hours, receive safety training, and go over PPE.
