Flex Unarmed Security Officer

We are seeking reliable and professional Flex Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide coverage at multiple client sites based on operational needs, sometimes with short notice. This is an ideal position for those looking for flexible, on-call security work.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - multiple locations.

Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle

Maintain access control and ensure safety protocols

Write incident and daily activity reports

Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergencies

Requirements:

Valid California unarmed security license

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation

Availability for flexible, short notice shifts

Strong communication and observation skills
