Qualifications Required:

California driver license with a clean record

Retail experience working in a fast paced environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand for the duration of a shift

Ability to work well as a "team" and enjoy having fun at work while getting the job accomplished

Fine customer reception and sales skills

Cashiering, telephone and computer competency

Aptitude for flower processing, plant care and store maintenance

Capacity to work full-time plus extended hours as needed especially at holiday times
