Food Production & Operations Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE: You'll be a key part of our small team, helping with a variety of hands-on tasks in our Morro Bay vegan kitchen.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Production and preparation of our delicious vegan snack bars.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space.

Packing and preparing finished products for shipping.

Receiving and organizing deliveries.

Experience with minor repairs (hammer and drill) is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently.

Display initiative and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Prefer candidates who live in Morro Bay or nearby.

SCHEDULE: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

COMPENSATION: $21/hour to start.

This role has significant potential for increased hours and responsibilities as WellBean expands.
