Food Production Assistant

Looking for someone who needs a part time job over the summer working at the Foodworks building in Arcata

Mon, Wed and Fri 10-4 assisting in making tamales for Celebrations Tamales.

Tasks include weighing masa balls, laying down ingredients, tying tamales and dishes.

As well as working Saturday at the Arcata Farmer's Market 7-3, you would need a vehicle to help bring ice chests to the plaza and help set up and work the booth.

Heavy lifting, standing on your feet and repetitive work is involved in this position.

If you like to work in a mellow environment and sometimes alone in the kitchen then this job is for you.

Kitchen experience would be a plus and if you have a food handlers license even better.
