Following are requirements

2 years of experience as a server in an active restaurant in the LAST 5 years

Riverside County food handler card.

POS knowledge.

Wine knowledge a MUST,

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail required

Beer knowledge a PLUS,

French speaking a PLUS.
