Foreman for Moving Company

Driver/Foreman Key Responsibilities: Drive and lead the moving crew to successfully service 1-2 jobs per day. Move, pack, pad, wrap, disassemble, reassemble, load and offload customer's items from and onto a truck using ramp, dock or liftgate. Maintain a high level of safety, a strong quality of work and excellent customer experience in each job. Ensure efficient communication with the customer, crew members and dispatch office. Report on duty daily (no-shows will not last).

Have experience driving box trucks (up to 26ft trucks) professionally

Have a clean driving record

Have a great positive attitude

Have great work ethics

Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Have excellent follow-through and attention to details abilities

Can read and interpret documents such as procedures and work/job instructions

Be able to lift, push or pull heavy items and perform physical work for extended periods of time

Be customer service oriented
