Forklift Driver/Material Handler

Adecco is assisting local client recruiting for Material Handler positions in Fontana, CA area. This is a Temp to hire.Material Handler jobs require candidates to load and unload products from vehicles, move products/materials packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility, stack products in the correct storage bays, and follow inventory control instructions within a warehouse environment. Loading and unloading products from vehicles.

Moving products/materials packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.

Stacking products in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instruction.

Work with supervisor to ensure daily priorities are being met.

Assist with kitting operation when requested.

Stacking empty pallets.

Experience with sit down clamp, stand up reach, cherry picker.

1 year of recent forklift driving experience with 2 references

Passing score on forklift assessment

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Material Handler Forklift Operator/General Labor jobs:

Basic computer skills.

Warehouse working knowledge.

Knowledge in shipping, receiving and logistics.

High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others.

Valid driver’s license

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of working experience with a Forklift

Operate sit down clamp, stand up reach, and cherry picker forklifts

Forklift certification.

PAY / SCHEDULE:

Pay: 18.00

Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week.

Casual, warehouse work environment, dress casual

6am – 2:45pm Monday – Friday / OT required.
