Description We are offering an opportunity for an FP& A Manager in the Textile Manufacturing industry in Beverly Hills, California. The role primarily involves managing financial planning and analysis activities, providing insightful financial analysis, and supporting the development of financial models. This role does not require any temporary, full-time or contract commitment.Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide financial analysis and support to various departments to drive business performance and strategic initiatives. Monitor and analyze monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the executive team. Collaborate with the Accounting Team on the monthly close process and financial reporting. Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business scenarios and forecasts. Prepare presentations for key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities. Present financial findings and recommendations to the senior management. Contribute to the enhancement of FP& A processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) role, preferably within the Textile Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using 3M systems for business processes and operations. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Accounting Software Systems. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Experience in generating and interpreting Crystal Reports. Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques to analyze financial data. Familiarity with 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management. Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets. Knowledge of Auditing processes and standards. Experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
