IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR 10 EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FRAMERS - FULL TIME

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A FRAMER REQUIRED

Framing Carpenter duties and responsibilities

· Rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring

· Doing joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports

· Performing finish work, such as new moldings and interior fixtures

· Estimating material and time costs for projects, including costs for labor, wood materials and fasteners

· Working with general contractors, clients and suppliers to complete projects within time and resource constraints

· Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and building in compliance with local code standards
