Direct and coordinate the activities of Fresh personnel,  as directed by production manager of FreshMonitor/Assess performance of Fresh Sizer operators in Fruit distribution, grading, packing & process quality checks, in order to make improvements   Schedule re-training for Sizer operators, packers, graders, process checkers if any corrective action is noted or monitored for performance in fruit distribution, packing, grading, fruit quality & complianceCapable of following written and verbal instructionsPerform any other work as assigned
