Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers Requirements

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in back office support

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
