Description Our client is a reputable non-profit organization dedicated to making a significant difference in their community. Their vibrant and dedicated team is searching for a reliable Front Desk Coordinator to help ensure the smooth operation of their administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service in the non-profit sector.Responsibilities:
Welcome all visitors and clients, directing them to the relevant offices and individuals.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Coordinate office activities and operations.
Stay informed about non-profit sector trends and news.
Maintain a track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support roles, preferably in non-profit organizations.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Warm, cheerful demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
