Description Position Overview:Robert Half is partnering with a client in the tech industry to find a welcoming and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator. This individual will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive, seamless experience for all visitors, clients, and team members. In addition to greeting guests, this role supports administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly and contributes to a vibrant, collaborative workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management: Greet and check in visitors and clients with professionalism, provide necessary badges, and ensure they are directed to the correct team members.

Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and maintain effective communication with clients and employees.

Office Administration: Oversee scheduling of conference rooms, manage mail distribution, and assist with the organization and maintenance of office spaces.

Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain updated records of office supplies, visitor logs, and essential contacts, ensuring easy access for all team members.

Office Supply Coordination: Monitor and reorder office supplies to keep inventory stocked and accessible; liaise with vendors as needed.

Support HR and Onboarding: Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing workspaces for new hires and coordinating with HR to welcome them.

Event and Meeting Setup: Help plan and coordinate meetings, office events, and team lunches, handling logistics and preparation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles; tech industry experience is a plus.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a friendly, approachable personality.

Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and familiarity with visitor management systems.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate and resolve issues independently while fostering a welcoming workplace.
