Description We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Bakersfield, California. The role involves managing a front desk in a busy environment, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace.Responsibilities: Operate the front desk, ensuring the efficient flow of communication within the organization Respond to a high volume of phone calls, directing them appropriately within the organization Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records for easy retrieval Provide concierge services and answer queries from students and other stakeholders Keep track of attendance records and other necessary documentation Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform administrative tasks File documents and organize files for easy access and retrieval Display excellent customer service skills when interacting with all visitors Relay messages accurately and promptly within the organization Leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environmentRequirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Ability to provide excellent customer service Exceptional interpersonal skills Experience in answering multi-line phone systems Knowledge of concierge services Proficiency in administrative assistance Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Familiarity with organizing files and maintaining filing systems Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong initiative and ability to work independently Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Professional and courteous demeanor.
