Front Desk / Dental Assistant – Join Our Caring, Modern Dental Team

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about patient care? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Front Desk/Dental Assistant to join our supportive, professional team. We’re a modern, patient-centered office that values holistic care, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Position: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Santa Barbara / Montecito

Compensation: Competitive (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (flexible for the right candidate)

Your Role Includes:

Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing scheduling, phone calls, and patient records

Assisting with dental procedures as needed (x-rays, charting, sterilization, etc.) [ we can train you to do this ]

Supporting a smooth day for both patients and providers

Being a team player who’s ready to grow with us

Ideal Candidate:

Dental assisting experience preferred (RDA or DA) [ not a deal breaker ]

Familiar with Dentrix or other dental software (bonus, but we’ll train!)

Great communication and organizational skills

Kind, reliable, and adaptable
