Front Desk Multitasker

Cayucos Sunset Inn is a four-diamond bed and breakfast in the lovely little beach town of Cayucos. We are looking for a responsible, friendly and ambitious new employee. Must live in San Luis Obispo county California. The job entails cooking, cleaning along with one on one interpersonal encounter with guests.

Must be able to be flexible with work days holidays are a must and weekends.

The shift we are hiring for is morning shift 7am-2pm Monday Tuesday and Thursday (Must learn how to do both shifts) We are looking for someone to fill two to three days a week. We can negotiate the days.

Must be available to train Mon-Fri in the morning from 7am -2pm shift or until job complete

2-8pm or until job complete

Morning shift involves serving breakfast doing dishes and checking out guests.

Taking reservations and taking care of the property while at work. A beautiful place to work in downtown Cayucos. We have a great positive staff. Looking to add to it !

Must be able to work every weekend for training its our busiest time so best to train. Does not require experience must enjoy being a homemaker, and tending to wonderful guests.

Tips are split morning of with each staff member.

With consistent work effort. This job entails .50 raises every six months. Starting rate depends on experience.

Must work well with others and be great with people. Self-motivated enough to work on their own. Must be able to speak clearly with customers on the phone and be able to use word processor and our Internet websites. We use resnexus for reservations. Everything is teachable !

Also be comfortable doing laundry/ if needed and cooking. Be the main person for guest face to face interaction. All employees taught on the highest level of cleanliness. All areas regularly cleaned sanitized in between employees and differentiating shifts.

EXPERIENCE NOT required starting 16 years or older,

Must be okay to work alone during the night shift. Or morning shift

Employees given uniform t shirts. Must wear closed toed shoes, slacks, leggings or yoga pants.
