Front Desk/Sales Rep/Morning Breakfast attendant - Hotel

We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.

If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

The Night Audit Agent is responsible for completing the night audit and overseeing the night operations of the front office and nigh audit staffs. This position is the contact point for guests and other hotel department during the shift.

We are also looking for Sales Representative as well .

sales representative is responsible for actively promoting and selling a hotel's accommodations, services, and event spaces to potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners, by building relationships, creating customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy rates; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for generating new business and maintaining client satisfaction.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide excellent service to guests during breakfast hours

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, preparing and serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
