RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Front End Developer in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Fountain Valley, CA.

Summary:In this role, the Front End Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting HyperX's Global Shopify Plus e-commerce websites, ensuring a seamless user experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web development best practices, design, and SEO.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement immersive ecommerce experiences The Front End Developer will optimize the website for maximum speed, scalability and user experience Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and new platform capabilities Troubleshoot and debug website issues or concerns Finalize responsive designs and layouts 'in-browser' in collaboration with designers rather than receiving -final- designs from Photoshop/Sketch/Figma The Front End Developer will be creating and maintaining a styling and interaction framework that allows for continued development and maintenance of the website by other developers and designers Work with designers and web teams to ensure website aesthetics and the user journey are inline with business objectives

REQUIREMENTS: Deep understanding and passion for Web Platform: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, user interface and user experience guidelines and best practices Expertise in developing API's, web hooks, web applications and related technologies: RESTful services, Node.Js, JavaScript web frameworks Experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify Liquid templates development and creating custom Shopify apps Knowledge of responsive web design and development Familiarity with SEO best practices Strong desire to be ahead of the pack in skills and knowledge and a willingness to share this with others on the team Leadership ability in front-end development while being a great team player in a creative department Attention to detail, functionally, technically and creatively Well-organized, self-sufficient, and able to handle smaller high-priority projects alongside large long-term projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
