Mandatory Qualifications:1. Minimum education and certification requirements for proposed resource. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.2. Experience with direct hands-on software development in a senior technical role using the following technologies: .NET framework MVC, .NET Core, C#, Restful APIs, React.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS, JSON/XML, and related tools and environments.3. Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL skills using SQL Server, M.NySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.4. Experience with Authentication and Authorization concepts using OIDC, OAuth2 protocols, and/or SSO products such as OKTA.5. Experience developing cloud-first software applications/platforms using Amazon Web Services.6. Experience with CI/CD using Amazon Web Services, Azure, or TFS.7. Experience using Git with GitHub, TFS, or other repositories.8. Experience with current .NET Architectural/development best practices and design patterns.9. Experience with tools, technologies, methodologies, processes, and best practices to develop software.
