Front Office for Physical Therapy Practice

Front office person needed for physical therapy practice in Van Nuys. Our new team member must be fluent in both speaking and writing Spanish and English. Appropriate phone demeanor is a must. She/he must be able to work well with other staff members and be able to multitask. Some data entry and scheduling patients as well as general office duties will be the mainstay of the responsibilities. Being well organized and having a cheerful and helpful attitude will be very welcomed.
