Showcase your leadership and interpersonal strengths as Front Desk Manager, where you will lead our team of service ambassadors, maximize Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Lead, mentor, and train the Front Office TeamProvide leadership and direction for the day to day operations of Front Desk, Royal Service, Concierge, and Bell/Valet to ensure all service standards are followedConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing/supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practicesHandle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasCommunicate effectively with all departments and thrive for guest feedbackBalance operational, administrative and colleague needs by focusing on guests feedback surveys, colleague feedback surveys and financial resultsStrategize with the team on new processes and actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and hotel experienceEnsure a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting colleague and guest health and safety.Assist in overall management responsibilities as neededFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsOther duties as assignedSalary Range $78,000 - $83,000
