Frontend Engineer

A well-funded start is looking to hire a full time Frontend Engineer. You are able to navigate existing application architecture and are cognizant of the challenges and recommendations in standard methodologies for supporting distributed systems.

Scope:

  • Collaborate with the founding team, product managers, and customers to build a delightful experience for vendors and customers who use our platform to showcase and manage their security program
  • Build the web app that will help grow the platform from 100 to 1,000+ SaaS vendors, like Instacart and Jamf
  • Ownership of the experience all visitors get when they maintain their own security program or review someone else s
  • Setup necessary testing including load tests, smoke tests, monitoring, unit tests
  • Demonstrable middle tier, database and front end programming skills

Requirement

  • 4+ years of relevant experience , specifically some time as a tech/team lead.
  • Experience with design, implementation, and testing of complex, secure, and scalable web applications.
  • Experience with full-stack development and technologies - ES6, TypeScript, Node.js, React.
  • Experience with modern full-stack web application frameworks like Next.js, Prisma, GraphQL.
  • Experience working in an agile development team and operating a CI/CD pipeline.
