Description: Job Summary: As a Fulfillment Analyst, you provide reporting, investigation, and developing change plans. You will also maintain and update key fulfillment data and provide analytical and metrics support the group you assist. Additional responsibilities will include creating and updating certain process documentation, auditing key processes, and managing and correcting errors from Fulfillment systems. This is an Operations role in a team that includes Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics.

Essential Functions: Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics: Export Documentation management and AES audit processDownload error management. Coordination with DC required manage Download errors and order changes.Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing carriers, parcel/LTLBasic understanding of reverse logistics including customer outreach, collection, and recycling.Ability maintain and assemble existing monthly and quarterly global reverse logistics program metrics reporting for upper managementAbility build and understand process flow chartsSupport Quarter End activities, including Flexibility work extended hours in the last day of the quarter assist with reporting and DC requests.Management of reverse logistics vendor in AMER, EMEA and APACMeet weekly / monthly discuss issues and analyze business metricsMeet monthly discuss global issuesDaily communication resolve cross-functional escalationsReview Monthly billings for invoice accuracyReview Monthly duty charges and provide confirmation FinanceKeep track of Global Monthly spend and provide data the Reporting team

Requirements: Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, order management and/or Supply Chain operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are required.Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.Ability perform multiple actions across multiple regions.Advanced computer and problem-solving skills.Strong Excel skills.Ability respond internal customer inquiries professionally and effectively

Interaction: This individual must work effectively with Staff Vice President level employees and employees within and outside of their function and organization.Limited supervision and direction are provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.The ideal candidate will be process-focused, a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.The successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.

Education & Experience: Three (3) or more years experience preferred in business support and financial support roles. Fulfillment, Logistics, Order Management and/or Supply Chain experience required.Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.Proven and demonstrable human relations and communication skills.Demonstrated ability manage multiple projects is required.A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree, or equivalent experience in a Fulfillment, Logistics, Order Management and/or Supply Chain environment. Education: Bachelors Degree
