About the Role

We’re hiring a Fulfillment Operator to handle daily order fulfillment with speed, accuracy, and ownership. This is a hands-on, deadline-driven role responsible for ensuring customer orders ship correctly and on time every day.

You’ll work across multiple sales channels and software platforms (Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, Shopify, etc.) and must be comfortable prioritizing tasks to meet daily carrier pickup cutoffs.

Responsibilities

Process and manage orders across multiple sales channels and systems

Prioritize daily tasks to meet strict carrier pickup deadlines

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Manage shipments through ShipStation

Handle Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, and Shopify orders

Receive inbound inventory and maintain accurate stock counts

Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed

Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, delays, or issues early

Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and efficient

Assist with kitting, prep work, and special projects as needed

Requirements

Must-Haves

Experience working across multiple software platforms and order channels

Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and ShipStation

Strong computer skills

Excellent time management and prioritization

Fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations experience

High attention to detail and reliability

Ability to follow safety procedures

Nice-to-Haves

Forklift experience (certification a plus or willingness to obtain)

Amazon FBA prep and compliance experience

Inventory management or 3PL experience

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Trial Period & Growth

Starting pay is $18/hour. After a trial period, a pay increase may be considered based on:

Full understanding of order flows across all sales channels

Ability to independently manage daily shipping timelines

Consistent accuracy, safety, and reliability

How Success Is Measured

Orders ship on time before carrier pickups

No missed or delayed shipments due to poor prioritization

Inventory remains accurate and organized

Issues are communicated early—not after deadlines are missed
