Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an opportunity in our team for an individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and finance. The role will be based in our office in Escondido, California, in the landscaping industry. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a significant role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Processing payroll and handling onboarding paperwork Regular bookkeeping tasks and keeping a record of debits and credits Utilizing software systems such as DAS and QBs Enterprise for operations Handling accounts payable tasks such as entering non-direct invoices, rents, job costing, and check runs Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations Managing accounts receivable through Aspire software Ensuring compliance with certified payroll regulations Handling regular bookkeeping tasks and managing financial records Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook Knowledge of Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Billing Functions is crucial.
