Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role is about contributing to the overall efficiency of our business by ensuring financial procedures are up to date and abide by accounting laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

Manage all full-cycle A/P, A/R, and collections.

Administer general ledger and post all journal entries.

Manage payroll for company employees.

Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Handle monthly and yearly closing of the financial books.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Professional knowledge of bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
