Description Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle all aspects of our company's financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire bookkeeping process, from recording transactions to preparing financial reports and handling payroll. This role requires advanced knowledge of bookkeeping practices, accounting software, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all bookkeeping functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Manage and process payroll, including tax filings and deductions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, including sales tax filings.

Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax filings, and year-end reporting.

Maintain and update accurate financial records for multiple entities (if applicable).

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Provide detailed financial reporting to management, offering insights into financial performance.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including GAAP.

Experience in processing payroll and handling tax filings.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with management and external partners.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.

Experience in multi-entity accounting (preferred).
