Description Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking to make a significant impact in a thriving organization.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Monitor cash flow, create budgets, and prepare financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax preparation, and filings.

Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Provide analysis and insights into financial performance and trends to support business growth.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to financial reporting and payroll.

Requirements

5+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in the technology or related industry.

Proven expertise in managing full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with team members at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).

Experience working in tech-focused companies or environments.

Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax regulations.
