Full Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Tech / Handyman to join our team for a 77-unit apartment building. This is a full-time, on-site position, managing day-to-day maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance projects and tasks for the property, including but not limited to repairs, general upkeep, and building maintenance.

Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly.

Maintain the building’s overall appearance and ensure everything is in working order.

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems as necessary.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.

Assist with any other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the property.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1-2 years of industry-specific experience, or

3+ years of general contract maintenance experience.

Ability to perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management.
