Full-time Office Assistant to Community Manager
This position is for someone who wants to work in supporting a 55+ community. The Office Assistant is the liaison to the community homeowners primarily, but will also interact with vendors, resident services as well as staff at the property management company and ownership at the corporate office.
This is a perfect position for a talented individual with strong customer service experience, organizational skills, punctual, approachable, trainable, and motivated

Duties for the Office Assistant include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls in a professional manner taking detailed messages when necessary.
Time management and critical prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Professional customer service skills.
Professional communication skills (Phone, written, verbal, etc)
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a professional level.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and privacy policies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) at a professional level.
Assist Community Manager with projects, rule enforcement, serving notices, rent collection and banking deposits, monthly reports to name a few.
