Small office seeks a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Office Assistant for daily administrative support. Position is on-site at our Santa Barbara office, with two half-days weekly in Goleta.
Duties:
Answer phones & route messages
Collect/sort mail; filing & scanning
Preparing invoices for payment
General office support
Occasional errands (post office, supplies)
Light physical tasks (stairs, lifting up to 10 lbs)
Learn new duties — training provided
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent
Valid CA driver’s license + reliable vehicle
Strong communication & writing skills
Basic computer skills (QuickBooks a plus)
Confidential, organized, accurate
Able to work on-site, use stairs, lift 10 lbs
Professional phone manner; dependable & punctual
Schedule:
Full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday
Santa Barbara office + Goleta 2 half-days/week
