Job Title: Ultrasound Imaging Systems Engineer

Reports to: Lead Ultrasound Imaging Systems Engineer

Job Location: Redwood City, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Sr & Jr Ultrasound Imaging Systems Engineer to develop and optimize algorithms for real-time medical ultrasound imaging. You will partner with highly accomplished and deeply technical researchers and engineers focused on delivering innovative ultrasound imaging technologies.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Develop and optimize image forming, image processing, and signal processing algorithms for handheld miniaturized ultrasound imaging systems
  • Develop Python or C scripts for controlling the ultrasound imaging system
  • Develop Python based User Interface for controlling the ultrasound imaging system
  • Develop Python or C scripts for verification of the ultrasound imaging system

Education/Experience Requirements: MS in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or PhysicsBackground in Ultrasound Imaging is a plus
  • Experience in MATLAB and Python, C/C
  • Ability to deliver high quality results in fast-paced projects
  • 1+ years of industrial experience in development, integration, verification, and optimization of medical ultrasound imaging systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team, while also being able to work independently
