Gallery Fulfillment Assistant

Gallery1988 is an online art gallery looking for an organized team member to help with shipping/fulfillment. We have a small office space in Tiburon, where our inventory is located. We need help unpacking and setting up the office space, in addition to order fulfillment and administrative work.

What you’ll do:

Pack and ship artwork orders with care

Handle order tracking and inventory updates

Keep files and records organized

Assist with general admin tasks

Help keep small office space organized

What we’re looking for:

Organized and reliable

Good communicator

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Experience with admin, shipping, or e-commerce a plus

Interest in art is a bonus

15 hours a week, days and times are flexible
