Gardener for Commercial Property

Our company needs a Gardener who can clean up weeds, blow off the parking area, restore our irrigation system to working order and plant some landscape plants the company will provide. This would be a weekly job for approximately 4-6 hours per week but it may need more time initially to catch up. Spanish speaking is OK. You need to provide your own gardening tools.
