Garment maker and consultant wanted

Hi, I am a local businessman with a couple of ventures ongoing, including a law firm and a side gig in software engineering. I am a Made in USA enthusiast and I build custom Made in USA guitars, as well.

My wife and I had this crazy idea that we were going to make our own clothes for us and our daughter. I thought about it some more and determined that I have the space, the industrial sewing machines, and the motivation to create some type of custom clothing line that is 100% Made in USA. This could be for toddlers, or for all ages.

I need a consultant to evaluate the concept and tell us whether this is possible, and what it would take. I need a garment maker to actually operate the machines and make clothes. I have the absolute highest quality tools, such as Kai scissors and a bunch of other Made in Japan and Made in Germany tools (plus Made in USA tools). Not sure what this looks like money-wise, but I pay top dollar and you can name your price. Thanks.
