Gate Automation Installer Trainee

We are hiring an Installer Trainee to join our team immediately. This is an entry-level role with a clear career path: you’ll work alongside an experienced Gate Operator Installer, learning the trade hands-on. Responsibilities

Assist lead installer with installation and service of gate operator systems.

Support welding, fabrication, and electrical work under direct supervision.

Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain an organized and clean work environment.

Commit to learning the trade and progressing toward becoming a lead installer.

Qualifications

Previous construction, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions.

Reliable transportation.
