General Accounting and Tax Assistant Pleasanton

Our boutique accounting and tax practice has an opening for an Accountant and Tax Assistant. This is a growth position for someone with basic skills wishing to expand their scope of knowledge. Basic skills include-positive attitude and client interaction experience, basic accounting including reconciliations, payroll integration , 1099 and W2 experience, troubleshooting and time management.

As a tax assistant you will greet clients, work with them on document exchanges and assist the tax team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the tax processes. This is an in office position and number of hours can be somewhat flexible. We look forward to meeting you.
