General Maintenance Worker

Job Description Uses plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. Performs minor repairs or replacing to concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks. Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles. Hangs doors and installs door locks and replaces broken windowpanes. Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Touch up painting or patching of walls. Work along with team members to maintain the maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds. Assist in other duties when ask to do so.Skills and Requirements GED or High School Graduate Experience working in an outdoor or indoor building environment Experience hanging doors, installing door locks, and replacing broken window panes preferred but not required Able to understand verbal or written direction from lead, supervisor or other craftsmen nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
